Acceptance of Terms of Use

This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Any user found to be underage will have their account closed immediately and any existing balance may be forfeited. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they meet the age eligibility requirement before registering. syukur88 is not liable for any use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement.

The use of false information, multiple accounts, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. syukur88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. syukur88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless there is clear evidence that unauthorised access resulted from negligence on our part. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account through the provided support channels.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Syukur88 users are required to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate games, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Users are also prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership to another party, or using the platform on behalf of a third party. All forms of money laundering, terrorism financing, or criminal activity conducted through the syukur88 platform are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
You agree not to disrupt platform operations, distribute unlawful or defamatory content, or infringe on third-party rights. syukur88 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending or closing the account of any user who violates these rules — without being required to provide any reason.

Payment & Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals on syukur88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including online banking via FPX, e-wallets and other methods displayed during the transaction process. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you — using another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment page. Withdrawals are subject to security checks and syukur88's compliance policies before being processed. syukur88 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify your identity before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested exceeds the established threshold. Any taxes, processing fees, or charges imposed by third-party banking institutions are outside syukur88's control and remain the user's responsibility.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or continuous service availability.
Syukur88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, breach of terms, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform. In the event of a suspension, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out. Accounts closed due to serious violations are not eligible to register a new account, and any attempt to do so may result in further legal action.

This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. syukur88 does not control the content of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of their services. syukur88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be published on this page and the new effective date will be updated accordingly. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from use of the syukur88 platform, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes.
